ABOUT US : Christine Fung, RD, CDE
Christine Fung, RD, CDE, has been a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator for more than 20 years and is currently providing diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy for people of all ages and medical conditions.
Christine has been a disseminator of nutrition knowledge to professionals and the public alike and has appeared on radio and TV programs such as the WCTC radio Golden Years program and the News 12 New Jersey "Finding Your Way Fit" series as their featured Nutritionist.
She has coauthored the article titled, "Care and Management of the Child with Diabetes" that was published in the Journal Home Health Care Management and Practice and has been interviewed for a number of nutrition related articles that were printed in the Home News and Tribune newspaper.
As a Becton Dickinson consultant, she provided diabetes education classes for Pharmacists at the Wakefern Corporation and regularly conducts weigh loss classes to the general public.
